DOORS Unique ID

Hello,

When creating objects in a DOORS module, DOORS generates an unique ID for each object (Absolute Number).

I would like to know if there is a maximum possible value?

For information, we are using DOORS 8.3.

Hello,

If I understand your response the maximum possible value for the ID of an object depends on the platform?

At least, if the maximum value is 2^32^ then it should be ok.
